GTMS People

Management: Richard Benn holds B.Com and B.Compt (Honours) degrees and is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He has over 25 years experience in professional accountancy and auditing, as an entrepreneur, business man, strategic planner and international tax advisor in Southern Africa and Europe. In addition to serving as CEO of Cheetah Management Services he serves as director on many international companies both in executive and non-executive capacities.

Legal: Robert Taylor draws on over 35 years experience as a banker, attorney, solicitor, business man, counselor, teacher, leader, coach, mentor, director, trustee, and chairman on several continents. In addition to mentoring business teams and guiding strategic planning he is a legal consultant in the UK, Southern Africa and the British Virgin Islands, and leads life and leadership skills training groups. He holds B.Com and LLB degrees and is admitted as a solicitor in England; an attorney, notary and conveyancer in South Africa; and solicitor in Eastern Caribbean, including the British Virgin Islands.

Management & Compliance: Filomena Benn brings more than 25 years experience in corporate secretarial management, compliance operational management and in an executive capacity in Southern Africa and Portugal. Presently she is an executive director of Cheetah Management Services and serves as director on many international companies both in executive and non-executive capacities.

Accounting & Administration: Natasha Taylor draws on over 10 years experience of financial accounting and administration in Southern Africa. Her particular expertise includes the industrial, manufacturing and distribution sectors. She is a Chartered Secretary.

Accounting & Administration: Tessa Hopkinson is as an accountant with over 30 years experience in accounting and management. Apart from trust and company administration generally, her specialist experience includes the legal profession and the construction and engineering sectors. Tessa has served as CFO of a worldwide corporation.

Investments: Nicholas Taylor has considerable experience in corporate finance, project and general management, and banking in the United Kingdom and Southern Africa. At present, he is managing director of a corporate finance advisory firm. He holds a B.Sc degree in project management from South Africa and an M.Sc in investment management from London, UK.

Catia Martins, is a trainee accountant who is planning to study part time for an accountancy qualification. Her work entails client liaison, accounting and Annual Financial Statement preparation and analyzing paperwork for many varied types of business.
